2. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings must be made through our website or authorized representatives.

Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and a confirmation email from our team.

Final travel documents will be provided once full payment has been received.

3. Payment Terms
We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, and other secure online methods as mentioned on our website.

A deposit (typically 25–50%) is required at the time of booking to confirm your tour.

The remaining balance must be paid 15–30 days before the tour start date.

We accept payments in the customer’s local currency, and currency exchange rates may apply based on your mode of payment.

All prices are quoted in INR or USD, but the equivalent amount will be billed in your local currency where supported.

4. Cancellation Policy

Day Tours

Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled departure will receive a full refund.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the tour will receive a 50% refund.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or no-shows are non-refundable.

Multi-Day Tours

Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the start of the tour will receive a full refund.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made 15–29 days before the tour: 50% refund

Cancellations made 7–14 days before the tour: 25% refund

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the tour or no-shows are non-refundable.

Additional Notes:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Modifications to Itinerary
Travel Creators Of India reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary or cancel parts of a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, political unrest, natural disasters, or operational issues. In such cases, we will offer suitable alternatives or refunds where applicable

6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other unforeseen events. Travel Creators Of India is not liable for any costs not covered by insurance.

7. Traveler Responsibilities
It is the traveler’s responsibility to carry valid travel documents, including passport, visa, and health certificates where required.

Travelers are expected to comply with local laws and respect local customs.

Any costs arising from personal illness, delays, or missed connections will be the responsibility of the traveler.

8. Limitation of Liability
Travel Creators Of India acts solely as a booking agent for third-party providers and shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by service providers or force majeure events.

Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service affected.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, images, text, and videos, is the intellectual property of Travel Creators Of India. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

11. Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. All updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
